1. Event Bookings Policy

1-a. Bookings and payment

: All bookings and prices are specified in AUD$ and are subject to GST. Prices quoted will be inclusive of GST.

: For all event bookings, full payment must be made by the date specified by the Club on the event booking form for each event.

: The date for the final payment and registration/bookings for the event will be published when the notice is posted. These dates will depend on the terms and conditions of the supplier or venue.

: Where online and electronic booking systems are available, bookings should be made using this system. Administration fees will apply to all manual bookings as per the nominated adminstration fee.

: To receive group booking rates, the full group booking must be made on the booking form submitted. Any changes will incur a $20 (plus GST) administration fee per requested change.

1-b. Cancellation Policy

: Cancellations must be received in writing (includes email & fax) and must be received by Close of Business at least seven (7) working days before the event to be entitled to a refund for the booking. The closing time for cancellation requests will be specified on each event booking form.

: Non-Attendance: If you do not attend an event without adhering to the cancellation policy, no refund will be provided.

: Substitute/Name Changes: You can provide a substitute for your booking without charge if you let us know at least seven (7) working days before the event. After this time, an administration fee of $20 (plus GST) will apply.

1-c). Administration Fee

: Administration fee: All changes, refunds or credits will incur a $20 (plus GST) fee for administrative costs.

: Credit notes: A credit can be applied to your account to attend a future event if the cancellation policy is adhered too, and the credited amount will also be less the $20 (plus GST) administrative costs.

: Late Bookings: Bookings made after the final booking date are not guaranteed and are subject to a 20% late fee booking. Usually, venues demand full payment if cancellations are made after the final payment date and these costs are incurred by the Club. As such, these costs will be on-charged to the person that is cancelling the booking.

: The final date for receiving bookings is determined by the venue. This is usually within seven (7) days of the event or at a time specified by the supplier as the final payment date and late bookings and/or cancellations cannot guaranteed and the Member may still be liable to make the full payment.
